Execution & Management of the organization:

Green Nari Kallyan  Foundation (GNKF) adopts decentralized participatory management system in program implementation. The General body, the supreme authority of the organization consists of 35 members. A 9 member Executive committee is elected biennially out of General body for policy making and program execution. All the policies of executive committee are implemented by the modest staff headed by the Executive Director, who is responsible for overall program implementation and management.

At top, mid and field level, the activities of GNKF are managed by development workers with long year’s professional experiences. Its programs are implemented through participation of all levels of workers within the frame work of Action-plan. Each level of management is encouraged to accept council and advice of the   authority concerned to embrace creative solution. They are also encouraged for team spirit and to motivate them to know much. GNKF provides its workers liberty to take initiative, stimulating participation and continuous search for up-gradation in terms of quality and quantity.

GNKF has been delivering various trade based trainings to the beneficiaries through its own training venue. It has furnished training center/ Institutes in its working areas like Khulna district. There are available resources/materials like Training chairs, Table, display board, Multimedia, musical instruments and other equipments in the training center.
In recent years GNKF is working to develop human resource on ICT based industry and to create awareness among mass people with a view to achieve vision 2041 – through which Bangladesh will stand on a leading platform in 4IR (4th industrial revolution ) in coming days.

GNKF is financially capable to implement any kind of development program. The Fund, receiving from different sources for the purpose of the organization, is accumulated into a Bank account. If the money is needed to withdraw from Bank, the transaction is dealt with joint signatures of the President, Secretary and treasurer. Yearly budget of the organization is approved in the General meeting for every year.
